The Himalayan Roadrunner’s motorcycle journey has been a trip of a lifetime and one of the most relaxing vacations in a long time. We’ve been motorcycling in many parts of the world and Bhutan ranks among the top destinations for biking. The scenery and riding are out of this world, the people some of the most hospitable and friendly you will come across and the diversity of landscapes astounding. To top it all off, everything is taken care of – we just had to pack our own luggage and get ourselves dressed. Rob and his team took care of every little detail. Thanks for the wonderful memories! Ps: The Royal Enfield Bullet is the perfect bike for this trip.

A “trip of a lifetime” -- that we've already done twice! Two thumbs up for Rob and his crew!
See you next year.

This motorcycle journey through West Bengal (Darjeeling) and Bhutan was truly a wonderful experience in every respect, made possible by our tourg uide Rob and his experienced, friendly staff and their absolutely fabulous, professional organisation and support throughout the whole trip. After many motorcycle trips in Europe as well as the U.S. this was the most memorable one. We are inspired to do more of this, and I think we will join Himalayan Roadrunners for another tour in the future.

Thomas & Marie-Claude - Zurich, Switzerland

Des paysages magnifiques, tous les jours une découverte, un groupe de motards super sympathiques et des organisateurs qui ont fait de ce voyage des vacances inoubliables.

Looking forward to this trip was like being pregnant: 9 months of anticipation, not knowing exactly what's coming up...
Riding the Dragon was 2 weeks of sheer enjoyment! 20.000 curves full of surprises! Absorbing the constant change of climate, view, culture and road circumstances.
Being 'strictly-non-group-travellers' we were nervous about touring in a crowd. But this bunch of individualists turned out to be absolutely lovable and made the trip what it was. We returned home with memories that will last for ever.

The first day we rode into Bhutan, the superlatives began: Spectacular, Incredible, Fabulous…  All sounding too good to be true, of course, but true nonetheless. The scenery, and the ride is that breathtaking. Add to that the company of a group of fun, and at the same time, thoughtful people, the sound and feel of the thumper Enfields, and the stuff of a great getaway is there. Rob and his staff ensure that the ride is interesting, sometimes challenging, always fun. Motorcycling is an excellent way to see the country and meet the people. The shared connection among the riders to the art of the ride, and the love of adventure made this trip truly the best yet.
